SUPERVALU INC. ("SUPERVALU") respects the privacy of users of www.savonhealth.com and www.savon.com (collectively called "the Sites"). This Privacy Statement discloses how SUPERVALU collects and uses information on the Site, and the choices that you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

INTEGRITY / SECURITY OF THE DATA COLLECTED
The Site is not a secure website. So, information you post to, or transmit via, the Site cannot be considered secure and save from intrusion. SUPERVALU does not warrant the security of any information you transmit, and all such transactions shall be made at your own risk.
MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Children and Privacy. The Site is not intended for use by children. SUPERVALU encourages parents and guardians to be familiar with the web sites that their children visit. Disclaimer of Liability. Under no circumstances shall SUPERVALU, its parent companies (including SUPERVALU INC.), its subsidiaries, or its affiliates be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, that result from the use of the information or materials posted to, or collected as a result of, your access of the Site, even if SUPERVALU has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
