Many of our pharmacies offer medication management consultations to assist patients with all of their medication needs. In your one-on-one consultation you will receive a thorough medication review focused on helping you get the most from your medications and addressing your questions and concerns. The Tools for Living Healthy with Diabetes program is a 6 month education program that consists of two personalized diabetes consultations (including A1c tests*) and a three hour group class. Topics covered in the class include blood glucose monitoring, nutrition, activity, prevention, and goal setting.
